Thanks for sharing – just lost one too. Been replaying it all through Pesach. Just like a bad breakup.
Do you know why you lost?
If you knew in the process what you know now would you change anything? I hope the answer is no…..

the other deal was simply better. i told the team to go for it.
better understanding of the domain, more money, higher valuation…
i was happy i came close.
sometimes these deals come back…
