what does an entrepreneur really want from a VC?

many will say ‘smart money’ or a ‘value-add investor’. i think these are overrated.

i will write a future post about value-add.

but for now, i just want to say that i think entrepreneurs want money, quickly. and to get working on their vision.

i just did a deal with a 3rd time entrepreneur. he has experiences in the pluses and minuses of the VC model and VC termsheet

we were able to build trust.

from Term Sheet to closing in less than 2 weeks.

so much time, anger and lawyer fees saved.
