doing nothing

our stay here is all about taking time to think.

i am learning how to breathe.

rhythm.

slow.

the goal is to have no goal.

some times i can allow a nice portion of a day to go by doing nothing. just some readings. nothing really productive. just consuming thoughts and knowledge. trying to get new thoughts starting in my mind.

some days i just observe. try to photograph or imagine what i would photograph if i would photograph. a few emails. nothing much.

doing nothing takes time. often several hours a day

    You should try Iyengar Yoga.
It actually takes a lot of practice to do nothing and breathing the right way.
And you sweat a lot in the process…
